Prankster Roman Atwood is at it again. This time his target is Howie Mandel. Atwood is known for his pranks where he falsely confesses to cheating on his girlfriend and she gets him back and for throwing a mannequin dressed in a Spider-Man costume off a balcony while people thought it was his son. He goes for a more traditional video prank here with Howie Mandel.
