Star Wars: Episode VIII Director Announced

Rian Johnson, director of “Looper” and “Brick”, will be writing and directing Star Wars: Episode VIII. The name of the first off shoot Star Wars film has also been revealed, “Rogue One”, and it will come out in December of 2016. This is bad news for everyone who thought the Sarlacc Pit creature was going to be the first Star Wars character to branch out from the main movies.
