Legalized recreational pot sales has brought in so much tax revenue in Colorado that now the state may have to start giving some back. Colorado has laws about how much tax money can come in before the state has to give refunds. In its first year, legal pot has made $50 million in taxes. The interesting part will be if the people so adamant against marijuana legalization will still cash their checks when they come in the mail!?
