North Korea’s Internet Back Up After Major Disruptions

North Korea is back online after outages that started on Sunday led to a complete shut down on Monday. The U.S. isn’t saying if this is retaliation for North Korea’s suspected attack on Sony Pictures in November. For several hours, North Koreans weren’t able to access online news, national information and government only sanctioned cat videos.
