SNL Digital Short: “Christmas Office Party” With Pete Davidson And Jay Pharoah
It’s the midway point of Saturday Night Live’s 40th year and so far new featured cast member Pete Davidson has been hitting home runs through the first half of the season. He’s been a hit with his Weekend Update segments and now he’s become the king of the SNL Digital Shorts with films like “The Group Hopper” and the short about NYC’s new pot laws.
For the Christmas show hosted by Amy Adams, Pete Davidson and Jay Pharoah picked up where Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake left off with a Christmas short that will be playing on SNL holiday specials for years to come.
“Christmas Office Party” features Davidson and Pharoah saving the day at a lame office holiday party. They make sure the party is “bangin'” in music video that hits every office party stereotype including the guy who still wants to work while everyone else is celebrating, the impressions of the IT guy and how weird it is to see the cleaning lady in street clothes.
