Obama on The Colbert Report
President Barack Obama was the special guest on the Colbert Report on Monday. The President took the stage with Stephen Colbert in front of a sold out crowd at George Washington University in the nation’s capital. He not only sat down with Colbert, he sat down where Colbert sits.
After Colbert complained that he could easily be a politician, but a politician couldn’t do what he does, Obama did a run-in on the show. The President then took over the anchor chair and did Colbert’s “The Word” segment to show how how easy it is to do the “Report”. The Commander-in-Chief made it a little more Presidential by changing “The Word” to “The Decree”. He then went into his Obamacare pitch. Sitting there having to hear about an insurance plan is the price you pay for booking the most powerful person in the free world.
