The “Guardians Of Peace” are demanding that Sony not release the Seth Rogen – James Franco comedy, “The Interview”. The organization wants the studio to stop “showing the movie of terrorism which can break the regional peace and cause the war.” According to Variety, Sony has no comment on the GOP’s statement.

The North Korean government which called the film “an act of war” denied responsibility for Sony’s hacking that leaked staff and actors’ personal and financial information online. The film features Franco and Rogen as a talk show host and his producer recruited by the CIA to assassinate North Korea’s Kim Jong Un during an opportunity to interview him. While not talking responsibility for the initial hack, North Korea did say they have supporters who would have done it. Way to rat out your friends, Kim.

Included in the GOP’s statement was the warning, “You, SONY, & FBI, cannot find us.”

The Guardian’s next demand is rumored to be having “Pineapple Express” no longer play on cable.
