Chef David Varley’s created a food monstrosity that makes a Turducken look as impressive as a can of tuna. Dubbed Lambpigcow, this is what it is:
…consisting of a side of Wagyu beef rolled over a deboned parade of meat: 24 quail, 12 chickens, eight ducks, six turkeys, two lambs, and a pig, all stuffed with chestnut-turkey sausage.
A cross section of this thing looks like an animal graveyard. Man has gone too far.
