A Texas woman is suing Chik-fil-A for $1 million after a unpitted cherry in her milkshake messed her up badly. Cyndi Scruggs alleges that the cherry caused to her to fracture two teeth, which led to an infection, which in turn led to a heart attack. Scruggs will also have to undergo tooth implant surgery. You should be able to feel safe at Chik-fil-A knowing it will be years before your arteries are fully clogged.
