Gaming Journalist Reports Her Trolls…To Their Mothers

Australian video game reviewer Alanah Pearce had enough of the online comments she was receiving threatening her with physical and sexual violence. She did some investigating into her tormentors. She said, “A while ago, I realised that a lot of the people who send disgusting or overly sexual comments to me over the internet aren’t adult males”. Pearce found out they were young boys. She decided to contact the kids’ mothers about the comments and said since they were using their personal Facebook pages, their mothers were easy to find. There’s two ways you can go here boys. Either admit you’re an online psychopath or go with the “I must have been hacked” defense. That always works for adults.
