This week its being reported that Spirit Airlines takes pride in the fact that their fliers really hate them. They put out a State of the Hate survey this summer and the results are in, showing immense customer dissatisfaction with the airline industry as a whole. Their survey reported dissatisfaction with airline seats, lost bags, delays and service. But Sprint was being coy about sharing the real reasons people said they were angry.   Fortunately, we found the lost pages of the report which said what customers REALLY hate about Sprint airlines.
