Nadim Pedrad feels like she’s back on planet Earth now that she’s working on Mulaney instead of the strange mysterious planet called Saturday Night Live. Last night on Late Night she told Seth a story about her parents visiting the set of Mulaney. They’re ‘wanderers’ and not very shy and even told Martin Short he was the son they never had. Wait, how old are Nasim Pedrad’s parents? Later Nasim mentioned that English isn’t their first language and her dad sometimes gets words wrong. Oh, now it makes sense. So maybe they meant Martin Short is the older friend they never had.
