The University of Texas Longhorns are struggling this season. Head coach Charlie Strong brought in a motivational speaker to get the team ready for their game against Kansas. Matthew McConaughey visited practice to inspire the Longhorns. He asked “Why do I do what I do? Why am I an actor?”. The team couldn’t answer the question. And what pep talk would be complete without a group chest thump from “The Wolf of Wall Street”?
McConaughey doesn’t just do pep talks with athletes. He’s also willing to kneel down in prayer.
