Joan River’s Doctor Reportedly Took A Selfie During Her Procedure

A staff member at the clinic where Joan Rivers had her surgery is saying the operating doctor who did her biopsy took a selfie while Joan was under anesthesia. According to a CNN source, the biopsy was done on Rivers without her prior consent and after another doctor had finished the endoscopy.
It was during the reported biopsy procedure that Joan Rivers stopped breathing and went into cardiac arrest. She was transported to New York’s Mt. Sinai Hospital where she passed away on September 4th.
The same CNN source confirmed the doctor taking a selfie while Joan was under. If the doctor paid as much attention to his doctoring as he did his Instagram account we’d all be in a better place.
