As a judge on America’s Got Talent, Howie Mandel gets “approached” all of the time on the street, with impromtu auditions. It seems everyone in the big apple wants Howie to watch them– or their kid– perform. Last night on the Late Show, Howie had some stories for Dave. He also talked about how he handles his germaphobe problems in New York City.
