Scott Weiland Wants You To Know He Hasn’t Been In Jail For A Month

Weeks ago, Beverly Hills police arrested a man for shoplifting who told them that he was former Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland. They believed him and have been holding him in custody for a month since he couldn’t post the $95,000 bail. TMZ even reported that Weiland has been in jail for weeks and the Beverly Hills PD just recently realized their mistake. The real Scott Weiland put out a video to dispute the report and threaten TMZ with legal trouble. Even with the video evidence and everyone admitting they were wrong, it’s still hard to believe that Scott Weiland’s not in jail.
