NYPD Sued For Leaving A Mother’s Sex Toys In 5 Year Old’s Room

A Queens couple is suing the NYPD for trashing their home while investigating a shooting there and dumping the wife’s sex toys in their 5-year-old daughter’s bedroom. The lawsuit states – “Sexually oriented merchandise sold by plaintiff Gina Goldring in a part-time job with a company called Passion Parties were removed from plaintiff’s bedroom and placed in plain view in the 5-year-old’s bedroom.” This lawsuit makes sense. Shootings, police raids and the house being destroyed, but it was a dildo that scared their kid.
