LA School Is Teaching Special Ed Kids How To Dig Through Garbage For Cans

A Los Angeles school is in trouble for having their special needs students go through garbage looking for recyclable cans and bottles. The program’s been suspended, which was in place to teach special needs kids about money management. The program was, oddly enough, called Homeless Survival Traits for the Dim 101.
