FX Changing Its Gross “Strain” Billboards (Disturbing)

Due to public pressure, FX Network is changing some of its billboards for its new horror series “The Strain”. The billboards and other outdoor media feature a worm crawling out of a person’s eye. The drama is about a vampire virus that starts spreading and killing humans.
FX decided to change the artwork after alleged reports of the wormy eyeball scaring children. The network hasn’t announced how they will change the billboards. They’re currently trying to think of a less disturbing body part for a worm to crawl out of.
