2014 Oscar Winners Announced

The 86th annual Academy Awards have been announced with the Best Picture Oscar going to 12 Years a Slave.

The Oscars for lead actor and actress went to Matthew McConaughey for Dallas Buyers Club and Cate Blanchett for Blue Jasmine.

Oscar winners in supporting roles were Jared Leto, Dallas Buyers Club and Lupita Nyong’o, 12 Years a Slave.

Alfonso Cuarón was named Best Director for Gravity. The film won 7 Oscars total during the night.

Spike Jonze took home the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for Her, while John Ridley won Best Adapted Screenplay for 12 Years a Slave.

And your Oscar host, Ellen DeGeneres ordered pizza for the audience.
