Hard Rock Cafe Looks To Revive Stand Up Comedy In Houston

The Hard Rock Cafe in Houston wants to help bring back the city’s comedy legacy by starting to host stand up one night a month. According to Ken Kitchen of the Hard Rock Houston – “The reason we started it is just because comedy in Houston has been dying”. The hope is to revive the days in Houston similar to when Bill Hicks and Sam Kinison would work out of the Comedy Workshop which is now a high-end liquor store.
