Not since the rash of Tide Detergent robberies has there been a crime spree this baffling. 550 David Hasselhoff advertising cutouts have been stolen from Cumberland Farms stores in the past few weeks. The Hoff cutouts were used to push their ice coffees. So far, the only explanation is people possibly using them as cheap lifeguard replacements at pools and beaches.
