Subway Free Speech Put to the Test

Controversy has arose over the MTA being ruled it had to run a pro-Israel, anti-Muslim ad in the New York subways. The ad reads:
In Any War Between the Civilized Man and the Savage, Support the Civilized Man. Support Israel. Defeat Jihad.
The MTA looked to block placement of the ads to its “demeaning” language. The first amendment won over, securing that the ad would be placed in train stations.
A similar controversy over some bus ads erupted last month.
