Three Ghostbusters Share Screen For First Time in SNL Sketch

Three Ghostbusters Share Screen For First Time

Melissa McCarthy hosted Saturday Night Live last night giving us our first glimpse at the on screen chemistry of three of the four Ghostbusters. Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones shared the screen for the first time last night after spending last summer filming Paul Feig’s 2016 reboot of Ghostbusters. It may not be the first time they’ve shared a screen, but its the first time fans get to see them performing together.

The sketch, which turns the tables on the Pick Up Artist, was a scream.  Cecily Strong is the teacher taking her class out to a real life bar situation for the first time, giving the ladies a chance to use tips like negging and complimenting a guy’s friend. You can catch Leslie Jones breaking even before Melissa’s character starts talking. Sasheer Zamata, and Vanessa Bayer join the McCarthy, McKinnon and Jones as ladies learning the art of the pick up.  Jay Pharoah, Kyle Mooney, Keenan Thompson, Taran Killam and Kyle Mooney appear as the men.

The Paul Feig reboot of Ghostbusters staring Jones, McKinnon, McCarthy and former SNL castmember Kristin Wiig is in theaters July 15, 2016.
