Tony D’s Louisiana Irish-American Thanksgiving Feast
From Tony, “Being an Irish man living in Louisiana we like to mix the cultures up we usually means passing out in a pile of Crawfish after too much Jameson. This year we did it differently with some smoked sausage appetizers smoked sausage appetizers. Then we Injected the Turkey with Garlic and butter and lots of Cajun seasoning and then popped it in the Cajun microwave, then we finished it off in some rendered bacon fat in the fryer. The finished product was delicious and rather eye catching.

Our resident smoker, Deathproof didn’t have time to cook this year but showed us the creepy inside of an empty mall, and his gourmet Hungryman Thanksgiving special, while Kevin showed off his moonshine with white cherries.
Kim from Tampa tried to bring some pie to the nursing home for her grandmother but found out that pie doesn’t stay in place when you leave it on the roof of your car. Gordon have a rough year and so did Jeff but still shared photos with us.
