Anthony Weiner officially entered the race for Mayor of New York City via YouTube. Weiner, who resigned from Congress after being involved in a scandal where he sent lewd photos of himself to women (who were not his wife) on Twitter, says ‘he has learned some tough lessons’ but added that he hopes ‘to get a second chance’.
City Council Speaker Christine Quinn is considered the favorite, but is struggling to get enough votes to avoid a runoff.
