Cookie Monster Arrested For Times Square Grope

“C” is for copping a feel. Cookie Monster was arrested in Times Square for allegedly grabbing a 16 year old tourist’s breasts. This was the latest TSQ costume character arrest. There were 18 last year including an anti-Semitic Elmo, a cop punching Spider-Man and an ass grabbing Woody from Toy Story. Cookie Monster was taken in after crumbs and traces of blue fur were found on the girl’s top.
