Woman Is Suing Chipotle For $2.2 Billion Over Her Photograph

This woman noticed a picture of her from 8 years earlier being used in an Orlando Chipotle and other Chipotles around California. She is furious that they used it without her consent and also edited her image to give her hair more texture and even added bottles of beer in the background which she claims casts “false light upon her character associated with consuming alcoholic beverages.” Yeah, nobody wants to look like that person pounding beers in Chipotle. Great lawsuit!
