The host of the Tonight Show wants to celebrate his late night milestone with some social awareness. Besides some great comedy guests this week, Fallon will also be highlighting a different charitable cause each night this week on the Tonight Show. The foundations and causes that will be benefiting from some NBC late night exposure this week include the Sesame Workshop which aids preschool educational programs, the TOMS’ End Gun Violence Together Campaign, the Tim Tebow Foundation, the Girl Scouts of Greater New York and the Wildlife Warriors initiative started by the family of the late Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin. It’s not just good causes this week during the 5th anniversary of the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, there’s also plenty of comedy. Jimmy Fallon’s guests this week helping him celebrate include Adam Sandler, Stephen Merchant, Will Forte, Steve Martin & Martin Short, and Fred Armisen.
Other highlights this week include Nikki Glaser who will have Conan’s undivided attention on Monday when she’s the only guest booked on his new abbreviated 30 minute late night show. Also, Stephen Colbert who hosted Conan O’Brien on the Late Show last week is continuing to book other late night hosts on his show this week with John Oliver visiting the Late Show on Monday and the Daily Show‘s Trevor Noah on Wednesday night.
