Which Cities Are Losing the Most People To The Country?

Bloomberg News found the top 20 cities losing residents who want to move out to the country. Their information “…shows the 20 metropolitan areas that lost the greatest share of local people to other parts of the country between July 2013 and July 2014”. El Paso leads the country, they had a net lost of nearly 9,000 residents. Since when does El Paso count as a city?
