What Your Pee Color Says About You!

CNN.com put out an article that gives you a little explanation of your pee color by color. Turns out that clear stream you get once in a while that makes you think you are the healthiest man alive actually does not mean much, a pale yellow is the goal you should be striving for. Also…this may come as a surprise (to nobody at all) but pink or red pee is a bad sign…unless ypu have been eating beets. Then it’s fine.
