Estately.com scoured through maps to find the oddest town names in every state, choosing the top weirdest towns for each of the fifty states. Texas had the longest list,including names like Bluntzer, Bugtussle, Hoop and Holler and Ding Dong. New Hampshire had the shortest, go figure. Their #1 pick for each state made it onto a neat little map.
This map is thorough, but come on, how is Jersey’s #1 not Ho-Ho-Kus???
