Virginia’s Attorney General And Third Ranking Official Also Wore Black Face In The 80’s

Mark Herring, Virginia’s Attorney General, who could have been in line to become Governor, has admitted that he also wore black face in the 80’s. He said:

‘[i]n 1980, when I was a 19-year-old undergraduate in college, some friends suggested we attend a party dressed like rappers we listened to at the time, like Kurtis Blow, and perform a song.’

What happens in the 1980’s most definitely does not stay in the 1980’s.
