Twitter Explodes By Calling ‘The Wiz’ Racist

Everyone we saw on our timeline was digging The Wiz last night, but some people were not about NBC’s live 3-hour airing which featured an all-black cast. Even before the show began, people exploded on Twitter by sending NBC tweets complaining about discrimination towards whites. Twitter citizens and celebrities eventually came to the defense of the ‘The Wiz’ and congratulated the cast on a wonderful show, but maybe they’re right. Could you imagine if there was an all white adaptation of ‘The Wiz’?…. oh wait.
