Toys R Us May Be Coming Back

The owners of Toys R Us’ were planning to auction off the name of the company but canceled the auction it and are going to try “a new, operating Toys ‘R’ Us and Babies ‘R’ Us branding company,” a court filing said. The plan would “create new, domestic, retail operating businesses under the Toys “R” Us and Babies “R” Us names, as well as expand its international presence and further develop its private brands business.” Somebody is going to need to get Geoffrey The Giraffe out of Nic Cage’s house now, he was sold off in the liquidation.
