The Madden Curse has harmed game-cover athletes over the years, either with injuries or just statistically bad seasons. Now Tom Brady is taking the cover of Madden after his record 5th Super Bowl win and will be the oldest athlete to ever appear on the cover. Beating the curse could be his greatest football accomplishment. Or maybe this is actually just a plan by Roger Goodell to screw Brady over this year.
