Weinstein Will Stand Trial Again
Harvey Weinstein appeared in a Manhattan courtroom Wednesday, in a wheelchair in his first appearance since the New York Court of Appeals overturned his conviction. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office said they will seek a retrial in the fall.
