So....What CAN You Get for 100k in Brooklyn?

Earlier this week two Mayoral candidates thought the average price to buy a home in Brooklyn was 100k. The New York post decided to see what you could buy with 100k. Turns out, not a lot.

GAS FIGHT!

The country’s southeast states are having a gas shortage crisis after people began hoarding, fighting over gas with hand to hand combat and doing ridiculous things to try to stock up. Signs at gas stations say “please do not fill plastic bags with gasoline.” And one man drilled holes in a uhaul to steal fuel.

What are we going to do when we start rationing bread? What’s going to happen

Vaccinated Ohio Citizens Could Win a Million Bucks

The Governor of Ohio has announced that vaccinated adults in his state will be entered into a lottery with a one million dollar prize. There will be a winner chosen every week for five weeks. Younger people who get vaccinated could win a full four-year scholarship to a state university, “including tuition, room and board, and books.” The money will come from existing federal coronavirus relief funds.

Ironically, Your odds of winning this lottery are the same as having a bad reaction to the vaccine.

Man Arrested in Cali for Backseat Driving in Tesla Isn't Going to Stop Doing It

Param Sharma, 25, was busted for riding in his back seat of his Tesla in San Francisco. He was caught by several other drivers who spotted the crazy sight. And he plans to do it again. “I’m gonna go in the backseat right now,” Sharma told KTVU. “You feel me? I’m waiting for my car to charge.”

Aren’t backseat drivers usually overly concerned with safety?

CELEBRATE the 100th Anniversary of Cheez-Its By Sending This Cheez It Cake.

Starting at noon ET on May 17, Cheez-It fans can attempt to order limited-run Cheez-Itennial Cakes through Goldbelly.

The recipe uses an entire large box of the crackers in every cake including “Cheez-It flour, Cheez-It shortbread crumble on the inside, dulce caramel white chocolate Cheez-It crackers—all-in-all, I would say it’s at least half Cheez-it. We added cheddar caramel and flavored the red icing with Nesquik to give it a sweet, nostalgic flavor that goes nicely with the saltiness of the Cheez-It crackers.”

Just picture a bunch of mice falling from the sky on this.

NYC Glass Elevator Opening in October

The SUMMIT One Vanderbilt will allow visitors to take an all-glass elevator ride up the facade of the building to 1,210 feet There’ll also be a ‘Levitation’ area, an art installation by Kenzo Digital, an open-air terrace and an elevated alpine meadow.

Is this replacing that suicide sculpture that they closed at Manhattan yards?

Epidemiologist Share the Activities That They’ve Returned To After Vaccination

Epidemiologists were asked which activities they returned to 30 days after vaccination. More than 70% of them were running errands in person, bringing in mail without precautions, and gathering outdoors. Less than 10 percent went to a church event, or a sporting or entertainment event.

Pop Warner Condemns Violent Drill: Too Young

A video of a helmet to helmet collision has gone viral sparking an investigation in the pop warner league. NFL players and American Football reps were outraged by the video. “This is against everything that we in football stand for and has no place in our game — it is an affront to the millions of moms and dads who coach youth football with the greatest care for their kids,” a spokesperson said.

In my day, you could kill kids. These kids really need to toughen up.

Tony Hinchcliffe Racial Slur Clip Goes Viral in Every News Outlet

An Asian American comedian, Peng Dang posted a clip introducing Tony Hinchcliffe at an Austin Comedy Club last week. Hinchcliffe takes the stage, calls Peng him a “filthy little f***ing c****” and goes on to make some over the top anti-Chinese jokes.

There were some immediate repercussions: Hinchcliffe has lost his representation at WME, and will no longer be performing at Antone’s in Austin, and his name appears to have disappeared from promotion for a show with Joe Rogan at the Creek and the Cave tonight.

Adam Sandler Returns to IHOP, Surprises Hostess Who Turned Him Away

Adam Sandler returned to the Long Island location IHOP for Milkshake Monday. Sandler’s joke that he left the IHOP during his last visit because the Milkshakes weren’t endless refills, inspired the charity event which benefits Comedy Gives Back. HIOP pledged to give $1 per milkshake sold at the event up to $50k to the amazing organization.

Chrissy Teigen Apologizes for Bullying Courtney Stodden

‘I Am Ashamed and Completely Embarrassed’ the pro-woke actress has said, apologizing for her treatment of Stodden. Stodden meanwhile has technically accepted the apology for the bullying but said that while she’d like to believe its a sincere apology, she really doesn’t. “I have never heard from her or her camp in private. In fact, she blocked me on Twitter,” Stodden told TMZ. She added, “it feels like a public attempt to save her partnerships with Target and other brands who are realizing her ‘wokeness’ is a broken record.”
