A Democratic state representative in Texas named Jessica Farrar has proposed a $100 fine on men for masturbating and “require rectal exams before getting a vasectomy, colonoscopy or Viagra prescription”. Farrar claims the proposal was more satirical and an effort to point out to men how unfair the restrictions on women’s healthcare can be. This is a serious threat, men haven’t had to pay to jerk off since the internet blessed the world with free porn.
