The big question on everyone's mind last night when they were getting ready to watch James Corden debut as the host of CBS's Late Late Show, is "how did he get there?"
James Corden isn't due to start hosting the Late Late Show until March, but he's getting ready now. He surprised the Late Late Show audience by appearing on stage with a notepad last night.
Curiosity is building about James Corden who will be taking over the Late Late Show in March. Corden reveals that the very first person to congratulate him when the news leaked, was Seth Meyers, and Corden says he was grateful for the support. Corden says he's excited and humbled and finds it all a bit daunting to take one of the big Late Night stages.
When James Corden takes over the Late Late Show on March 23rd of next year, he's bringing a great team with him including the incredibly talented comedian/musician/improv guru Reggie Watts as his bandleader. He currently serves as in house bandleader on the series "Comedy Bang! Bang!"
James Corden doesn't make his debut as the new host of the Late Late Show until March 9th, 2015, but this Friday, he'll be dropping by CBS late night a little early.
According to The Wrap, which claims to have a source with inside knowledge, James Corden will be replacing Craig Ferguson at the host of CBS' Late Late Show.
