Taccola: The FIRST Vitruvian Man
This documentary short aims to place Taccola, a Sienese artist/engineer from the early 15th century, as the first to illustrate Vitruvius nearly 70 years prior to Leonardo da Vinci. The famous man within a circle and square was one of many drawings that Leonardo copied from Taccola.
