When asked about falling asleep at President Obama’s State of the Union last month, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg now admits to having some wine before the speech and saying she “wasn’t 100 percent sober”. That was her same excuse for being found later that night swimming naked with Justice Antonin Scalia in the reflecting pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
