A McDonald’s employee sued the company after multiple complaints to management about a racist co-worker went unheeded. The plaintiff alleges that he repeatedly asked to be put in a different shift from the n-word slinging staff member but his requests went unheeded. He’s seeking front and back pay and other remedies.
