After attorney Richard Luthmann was accused of aiding a client in committing fraudulent transfer he evoked his right to exercise a trial by combat and cited that this kind of trial was never outlawed in the United States or New York. Hopefully though he has a champion to fight for him, because now that The Mountain came back in season 5, we don’t how safe he can really be.
