Someone Ate a $120,000 Work of Art Banana

Maurizio Cattelan’s latest art installation was a banana duct taped to the wall at Art Basel Miami. Performance artist David Datuna came in, grabbed the banana and ate it declaring he too was doing art. The gallery said they likely won’t be pressing charges because he didn’t really damage the piece since the Banana “is the idea”. If a Banana goes for $120k how much are apples going for?
