A Philadelphia man could face charges after his 4-foot-long boa constrictor got loose while riding a city bus. The bus was stopped and passengers were evacuated. The man stated “I apologized to everybody, I didn’t mean for her to get out,” and explained that “Most people accepted my apology.” Come on, don’t be the one guy on the bus who doesn’t forgive the dude whose boa constrictor got loose… It could happen to anyone.
