Serena Williams GQ Cover Under Fire For Putting “Woman” of the Year in Quotes
The latest issue of GQ is getting some criticism online for featuring Serena Williams as Woman of the Year, but putting the word woman in quotations, something that was never done for man of the year. GQ says it was not in any way an insult and that the words were handwritten by Virgil Abloh who puts quotations on every design. GQ said they’re “super” “sorry”.
