Seattle Cop HATES Marijuana

A police officer in Seattle has been reassigned after it was found that he issued 80% of of all the marijuana tickets handed out so far this year, with some even including chastising notes on the back. Usually the cops in Seattle will give you a citation for not smoking pot.
