San Jose To Pay Their Homeless To Pick Up Trash For $15 An Hour
The city of San Jose is going to pay some of its homeless people $15 an hour to pick up trash across 40 “hotspots” around the city. They are allowed to keep any returnable cans they find as a bonus – but they will be taxed.
