Russia Gives Beauty And The Beast The OK…With A Catch

After news came out that the live-action Beauty and the Beast would have LeFou as Disney’s first gay character, Russian MP Vitaly Milonov wanted action taken against it and called it “a blatant, shameless propaganda of sin and perverted sexual relationships” under the guise “of children’s fairy tales.” Culture Minister Vladimir Medinsky has announced that the film will be allowed to be screened in Russia, but only by people 16 and older. Perfect, old enough to not be thrown off by the minor gay character, but old enough to fully understand a buffalo is banging a princess.
